At Layl, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be:

    • Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition

    • With all original tags and packaging intact

  • Sale items, gift cards, and custom-made sets are non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer service team at [laylcoutureeg@gmail.com] with:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return

  • Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)

We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

  • Exchanges are only accepted for the same item in a different size
